Just finish doing 16 swipes for the cashback at UOBPayonline.

I noticed YOLO card got charged DCC FEE on 6th Feb.
What the hell is a DCC FEE? EDIT: Nevermind. Went to hatyai and the merchant automatically charge to MYR without my knowledge. End up I got worse currency conversion rate, and kena charge DCC Fee. This post has been edited by kaiserreich: Feb 8 2018, 10:13 AM |

For online transaction, whether it is eligible for cash back would be dependent on MCC code, or is it determined by UOB themselves

I read that topping up the boost app via YOLO card does not give Online CB.
Now TunePay come up with another Big prepaid card. Look up the "BIGPAY" app in the appstore. Previously, we can top up Big Prepaid card with CC and get Cashback. Everyone was happy till they removed it. Well, it turns out, the Big Prepaid Card is back, and you can top up with CC. There is an option for AMEX, but the reviews on the app says that it isn't supported. I managed to top up my Big Pay card. Call UOB CS and they mentioned the MCC is 6012. Not sure whether UOB allows CB for this. If they do, we can top up 16x on 1st of every month and maximize cashback. |
