Now that Smart$ cannot be redeemed at BHP, any suggestion on the merchants to redeem?
Most of the merchants are very niche, no popular merchants like petrol, groceries, dept stores, etc.

I think all cash back promos also tagged under the same description, can only see actual description in statement.
Moreover, cash back for June has been posted since last week.

21st July. UOB one by the way. I thought UOB one cash back usually appear in the statement as cashback petrol/cinema etc? Hence I am not sure what is this.

You mean ePay website? For utilities, they only accept online banking, no credit cards.

have called CS, but they keep telling me that credit card didn't block any online purchases. Now waiting reply from Skrill and Neteller, or anyone who know what should I do to make it available? or maybe which card don't have problem in these 2 payment channel?

no idea how to advise since the merchants blocked the usage of your uob cards.

few reasons:

1) merchants blocked Malaysia-issued cards
2) merchants unable to recognize UOB-issued cards (i.e. card number series)

Once I had to make a payment through Skrill, but it wouldn't accept my Visa card (Could be debit card as well). In the end, the payment went through with my friend's Mastercard.

Sorry, It's YOLO Card. ya...CS said because I'm a holder of one card, so they offer 50% discount, Free AF 1st year only applicable to those never own a UOB card customer.

If I were you, I'll throw the card away ASAP.
Unless you want it so desperately!
