Hi, would like to ask did UOB credit card blocked by skrill and neteller? why i cannot do transaction within these 2? but paypal success.

Hi, can I some advice on this? do I need to call bank to unblock oversea transaction for me for skrill and neteller?

have called CS, but they keep telling me that credit card didn't block any online purchases. Now waiting reply from Skrill and Neteller, or anyone who know what should I do to make it available? or maybe which card don't have problem in these 2 payment channel?

1) merchants blocked Malaysia-issued cards
2) merchants unable to recognize UOB-issued cards (i.e. card number series)

Hi guys, I having problem in adding fund to payza.

It replied "Trxn declied, please enable international trxn on the card".... what should i tell CS on this matter? coz they sure replied that uob card never block trxn.......
