Was reading all the comments here. Besides this Holmes 2 near to HTC what else need to concern. Is this gold for own stay? I'm thinking Hamstead/ Holmes 2. I think still have left units for Holmes 2.

for me i will choose holmes2 , bcoz the location i think more convenient than hamstead

what do you think the Herz at Kepong. Been reading so much bad review on AK. Make me hesitate whether buying property from them or not because this will be my first property 😣

Holmes 2 owner here. I did my reseach before my purchase. The HTC has ZERO effect on the health issue of Holmes 2 residence. It is more of a eyes sore than health issue.

Even the RUMAWIP beside Holmes 2 is negligible on the side effect of HTC. For you to have long term health effect of the HTC, you really have to live close to it (literally under the HTC) to have your health affected.
