QUOTE Land search done on 4th july still show it is DBKL land even thought pindah milik done? As referring to your statement above, you stated that "even pindah milik done?" If you read the letter from developer carefully, it didn't say it is done, it said it's in "pending status". In the letter, it stated that: The purchase price of the Land of the said Project has been fully paid and the Land Office has already given Consent to Transfer and Charge. In Malaysian Law, we the Developer is already the beneficiary owner pending the Registration of the title and there is no provision in Law which allows the Land Office to retract the Consent given and reject the said registrations. We are awaiting for the Land Office to endorse the said Registration and once they are completed, we shall proceed to stamp all the Sales & Purchase Agreement with our purchasers. We will notify when there is update on the above. So for the checking with Pejabat Tanah Dan Galian on 4th July 2018, it is true that the owner still be DBKL, because it is pending to be endorsed. Hope this will clear your mind. |

QUOTE(kei86 @ Oct 22 2018, 07:30 PM) The rebate still the same and for high level unit have to ask yourself izit prefer or not because other people given just an opinion only , try visit the side of condo . Yea the rebate remained the same. Just like kei86 said, level of the unit really depends on the owner's preference.Like me, I did some research before buying a unit. For example, a high-level unit has less noise, less dust, less mosquito, better view, BUT to get up & down in that condo is really a hassle providing that if you have a limited amount of lift. If you buy unit level at facility floor, be prepared to get noise from the surrounding. |

QUOTE(waayynnee @ Nov 21 2018, 01:54 PM) Was reading all the comments here. Besides this Holmes 2 near to HTC what else need to concern. Is this gold for own stay? I'm thinking Hamstead/ Holmes 2. I think still have left units for Holmes 2. Holmes 2 owner here. I did my reseach before my purchase. The HTC has ZERO effect on the health issue of Holmes 2 residence. It is more of a eyes sore than health issue.Even the RUMAWIP beside Holmes 2 is negligible on the side effect of HTC. For you to have long term health effect of the HTC, you really have to live close to it (literally under the HTC) to have your health affected. |
