anyone receive payment instruction from developer for the next 10%?

they say the work below ground level including piling and foundation of the said Building was completed

is it true?

Was at the showroom yesterday. Still, have some units (from reject loan) - high level above 30 (Block A)
the offer is 5% and FREE legal fee, 2 side by side parking.

SA mentioned, to lock down unit, I need to pay 5% of the unit price (booking fee MYR10K, balance est MYR 14K during S&P).
If loan rejects within the 45days, they will refund me the MYR10k.

anyone get a better rebate? is level 30 and above too high for own stay?

The rebate still the same and for high level unit have to ask yourself izit prefer or not because other people given just an opinion only , try visit the side of condo .

Yea the rebate remained the same. Just like kei86 said, level of the unit really depends on the owner's preference.

Like me, I did some research before buying a unit. For example, a high-level unit has less noise, less dust, less mosquito, better view, BUT to get up & down in that condo is really a hassle providing that if you have a limited amount of lift. If you buy unit level at facility floor, be prepared to get noise from the surrounding.

Again? doh.gif So many disturbance. I hope it goes smooth. I don't pass by there recently as the project goes smooth, I guess I need to pass by there more frequent now. Will report here if there is anything.

Drove pass Holmes 2 today. What is it they're building right next to the HTC? Is it RUMAWIP? Doesn't seem like a RUMAWIP though. Any thoughts?
