Was at the showroom yesterday. Still, have some units (from reject loan) - high level above 30 (Block A) the offer is 5% and FREE legal fee, 2 side by side parking.
SA mentioned, to lock down unit, I need to pay 5% of the unit price (booking fee MYR10K, balance est MYR 14K during S&P). If loan rejects within the 45days, they will refund me the MYR10k.
anyone get a better rebate? is level 30 and above too high for own stay?

Yea the rebate remained the same. Just like kei86 said, level of the unit really depends on the owner's preference. Like me, I did some research before buying a unit. For example, a high-level unit has less noise, less dust, less mosquito, better view, BUT to get up & down in that condo is really a hassle providing that if you have a limited amount of lift. If you buy unit level at facility floor, be prepared to get noise from the surrounding.
