with the pricing and size... even its high density also still very attractive to most of the buyers.... and the density not even consider one of the highest compare to oug parklane those... i think still quite decent density for the pricing and location....
other projects can only win them by selling freehold at a decent price with slightly higher pricing which alot of developers not willing to do so... hahah |
