Not much info except what you have already know. Desa Tun Razak launching date is 8th April. For BTR end of April will let us know launch date and location. Thats all I know.

honestly speaking AK really killing other Dev with its price & location....

No matter how many ppl here said how High density is this project & its location .... i can say this project will sell out again bec of its pricing & location

now is all end up with affordability .....

reality is reality.... with the pricing AK doing it will have a huge effect on other Dev sales ....

RM378 psf nett in KL area (UC) is really not easy to find even with such high density ......

I am keen to know if this project have any impact to Akisama, RazakCity project......


BTW.....anyone know what is the AK sales package for this???? example what is the rebate & freebie ???
