not all project they use the same method... if not mistaken the henge is take number on that day... first come first serve basis....

i think the oversupply concern now would be on the secondary market than new project market... with all the freebies and discounts... workers that totally have no savings also can own one.... no one bother about subsales anymore.....

considering the numbers of on going projects... the numbers of unit they going to build kinda irrelevant already... hahah.... with average of 600 units per project.... they also won 9 street already....

depends on the pace of all the buyers selections... its possible that before noon can gao dim if they started early and have alot of counters for unit selection.... and u lost alot of good choices if you dont want to follow the queue... haha

not really... investors like lower floors.... the lower the better yield... and AK projects alot of investors sapu... haha... based on my last time experience with my fren... they follow strictly... if u come after that... they will just layan u after all the queue numbers ran out...

withdraw when its closer towards completion ma... accumulate more balances in your epf account 2 and withdraw more cash by then....

if unlucky... sometimes up to six months... haha... if u gt other things need the cash then no choice... for me dont waste three years waiting period and accumulate more cash to take out in the future...
