While I just f*cked them on the phone for asking me to provide additional documents when already submitted during the online registration stage.

My amex application quite annoying. The lady ask me give even more details when i already gave her a copy of my NOA.

In the end i didnt give, but somehow two weeks later i still got the card.

QUOTE(BoT@k @ Jun 7 2017, 10:40 AM)
These days there are too many foreigners in SG. Cheaper yes, faster and better I doubt. Sometimes these folks just cut corners and create other mess for cleanup later. In another way, to generate work to sustain...
*
I dont think thats fair. I think we malaysians have similar tendencies to cut corners as well, and i have met a lot of foreigners (ph, indians or thais) who are meticulous and really know their stuff.

In my workplace (just an example) im usually annoyed with my malaysian colleagues more than my other foreigner colleagues, especially with that bohchapness and tendecy to taichi everything to me.

This talk abt foreigner cutting corners is just sounds like an excuse to discount their actual competence and convince outselves we r still better than them.

Too much negativity. Still with the MY mentality. One example is "you need to earn more to be atas in SG", I was like "duhh, which person don't want to earn more to be atas".

Bank account is not significant to her at all.
*
Too much negativity from her or from singapore?

Wahhh bank acc not significant. Much be rich.

Well if u wanna live the cafe every weekend, live in a nice 2 or 3 bedroom condo in a central area, and have a nice car to drive kind of life, i suppose 8k is minimum lo. But median pay in singapore is 4k (including cpf), so she gotta belong to the top 25% or 20% to make that kind of money, and so the question is, does she possess the chops to get there.

Maybe shud introduce fionajie to her.

Mine was 4 months though. But that was 4 years ago.  laugh.gif  laugh.gif

Singapore lifestyle is not really that bad.. It really depends the job type. It can be quite enjoyable if you got a good job position.

The OL is really hot... Especially on Friday, any type of OL dressing you may think of, all will be showing up on that day.
*
Yaa. One of the few things keeping me sane is all the hot OLs in really tight dresses to stare at. If got no OLs to see i think i already pack bag and go back malaysia.

I am still ok...normal weekday 9-6. weekend 100% not working.
This alone ady enough make me lose my point to live in this planet.
Even make a lot money and saving, I start to lose my point of living.
Even the oversea vacation, business trip do not make me love my life more.

I found out that to make me feel alive is to make myself more busy even OT but that is totally lifeless.

Walking out the office building, in front of me is nice skyscraper view that light up beautiful during night time.
On the way going home by bus, I looking out the window and start to wonder what is the meaning of my existence in this planet...

Erm... Depends really. If you're capable, you might even exceed that in SG. It's only the year to year increment is lower compared to Malaysia but don't forget to account in the inflation rate. SG inflation rate is like 1-2% then the salary increment is like 2-3% but Malaysia inflation is around 4-5% but the increment is 5-6%.

If you're really good at what you do, I do think that SG can afford to pay you more as an appreciation of your talent. Not really much of the case for Malaysia. Just my $0.02.
Haha... Half day MC d. Syok my nose can cut d keep sneezing.

Actually you must pick the right industry. Some industries very cost conscious wont reward u for good work geh
