Ya I know it can, but I wonder if it'll block my motherboard and some of my cables, making the whole PC look messy. Anyways, I'm up for any recommendations for liquid cooling as long as the price is right. About rm150-rm300
*
Then go for 120mm like ID Cooling Frostflow 120mm at around RM170, Thermaltake Water 3.0 X120 at RM219.

Go to the website to check for USB and SATA Ports for the motherboard. More features means more expensive it gets. VRM cooling may get better as well. If you decide to upgrade ot i7 somewhere in the future, VRM cooling is very important.

Yes, 600W is more than enough. Consider Seasonic Focus Plus 650W, Corsair TX650M and Super Flower Leadex II Gold 650W if you want higher grade.

Casing looks is entirely you. How about Corsair Carbide 275R White?

Thank you! Will look forward regarding your suggestions.

Meanwhile, what do you think about my RAM? Do you have any suggestion? Value per GB? 2x8GB 2666MHZ?

Just buy value RAM. RAM speed doesnt matter much for Intel. Yeah, 8GB X2.

But based on ur experience is there any disadvantage for having everything so compact in a small case? Do u recommend to do so? Or safer to just go for the 120mm?

Disadvantage of small cases:

1. Small space to work with
-Changing and maintaining parts (cleaning fans, radiators, etc)
-Cable management
-Limited GPU that can fit
-Reduced space for HDDs

2. Ventilation issues due to packing many things inside that space, eg unused cables hanging around
-Even if you AIO for CPU, GPU needs to be cooled and that requires good ventilation

3. Limited choices of PSU that would fit well
-There are some good models around but would be pricey also la
-Installation in some cases may require dismantling a lot of parts

4. Noise
-Lack of noise dampening structures for small compact casing
-Not too bad if you have headphones

5. Limiting size of motherboards
-may lose out on some features
-Cost more for ITX

Asking too much for the budget. Unless you could get the distributor to lower their prices

Thanks

Will 16GB RAM overkills for office processing, online steaming?
The technician mentioned my power supply model sort of problematic, suggest to replace as well.

Light use is overkill.

For the power supply, I highly recommend getting high grade ones so it can last. Corsair TX650M is the best bang for the buck.

Yes, i3-8100 has built-in GPU. I recommend 4GB DDR-2666 X2 for slightly more money as built-in GPU loves dual channel.
