What monitor are you using? Does it have free sync? If yes, then its wiser to go for RX 580.

Hi All Sifu, recent survey for a new PC.
Budget around 6-7k
Was checking illegear Raider PC from the website the Spec i choose around RM7k++
I try to build my own and see compare the price, this pricing i get from Lazada.
PSU no idea yet. Others basically almost the same with Illegear build.
If I can get this at around 6k+ maybe can add one more RAM to make it 16GB or another monitor.
Any advice?

Ya, full RIG if really need to send warranty also easier.
Yesterday contacted ETechPC. Below is the recommended spec.
They recommend for Galax RTX2080 OC 8GB GDDR6 but require to topup additional RM350
Everything is cheaper than Illegear Raider build with better specs. still considering hmm.gif
is Galax card reliable? Not sure if it worth the money to topup for this card.
My old monitor hdmi port not working properly, and RTX2080 dont have DVi port.
If thats the case will need to get another monitor doh.gif

I personally favours E Tech. Built my 2nd rig with them and they were able to give really competitive prices. Not to mention really friendly staff too.

Galax card isn't too shabby. Tried their GTX 1060 EXOC and currently using their GTX 1070Ti HoF. Temps are really good for both cards, <75c for GTX 1060 and <70c for GTX1070Ti. Not too sure bout the RTX 2080 though.

You can always get a converter DVI - HDMI if you're looking to reuse your monitor.
