need replacement suggestion on my 5 years old PC tower, where's LowYat ViewNet's technician diagnosed my motherboard got problem.
and motherboard that support AMD is no longer available.

my old PC spec as below:

my usage would be normal surfing, office works, netflix, n some online virtual cycling games ( Zwift, should be light games)

technician suggest replacement on:
motherboard, processor (intel), RAM (my old RAM no longer can support in new motherboard?) & power supply

Budget: 1K+ (doable if take out games element?)
