3 business days to prepare the mat. Mine got stuck also last time due to CNY, they shut down their factory for a while. U can email their customer service, they are very helpful.

I see. And how long it took to deliver the mat to you? Minus the CNY holidays. I know they mentioned to allow 14 days for local courier service

Once they have prepared the mat, it only takes 1-2 days for delivery. They were using Gdex to deliver.
