Calculation and table of estimated prices can be found at this link: https://goo.gl/cpYiBN. No guarantees any of the estimates will be correct as the government has been subsidizing the fuel price! The good news is that RON95/Diesel has hit the ceiling and will continue on to be RM2.05 & RM2.15 respectively for the foreseeable future.

If calculating 28/3 to 3/4 cycle (Tuesday to Monday - weekends are using Friday prices), the actual retail price for RON95 & RON97 should be RM3.13 and RM3.43 respectively (±1 sen).

Thus, I estimate that RON97 would remain the same as last week at RM3.35 (±1 sen).

Note: RON95 will be capped at RM2.05/l & Diesel at RM2.15/l source

2nd Note: No news whatsoever on targeted fuel subsidy, so don't know what is happening with this initiative

If calculating 4/4 to 10/4 cycle (Tuesday to Monday - weekends are using Friday prices), the actual retail price for RON95 & RON97 should be RM3.24 and RM3.54 respectively (±1 sen).

Thus, I estimate that RON97 would remain the same as last week at RM3.35 (±1 sen) - this is a guesstimate, as on Week 5 January 2023, the government has maintained the price of RM3.35 when the market rate is RM3.53.

Note: RON95 will be capped at RM2.05/l & Diesel at RM2.15/l source

2nd Note: No news whatsoever on targeted fuel subsidy, so don't know what is happening with this initiative

3rd Note: I will be travelling for work during the last week of April 2023, thus won't be able to give any update. Will be back in May 2023.

My apologies for not updating last week - totally slipped my mind as life happened.

Thus, I estimate that RON97 would go up by 15 sen from last week at RM3.52 (±1 sen).

Note: RON95 will be capped at RM2.05/l & Diesel at RM2.15/l source
