Ok, in tat case, i shall stop feeding them dog/cat food.....
B'cos when she say vet recommend tat, i thought is good, cos we hardly or i shall say impossible for us 2 provide really good combination of nutrion to gliders

... the vets here have so far very limited knowledge on gliders. I would say you stop feeding the dog food and cat food. Trust the established glider breeders overseas for they have done more research and have more experience than we have.
Perhaps this bit of discussion on the nutritional needs of SGs should take place in Pet's Wonderland and not be continued here.

After your comments, I'm a bit curious why the one of the highest rated diets for SGs by so called glider experts actually has a high corn and dog food content. The SunCoast SG Diet (which you referred to), which seems to frown on corn and cat food, was rated slightly lower by the same people. This discrepancy has piqued my curiousity.

Well, gliders are relative new... the vets here have so far very limited knowledge on gliders. I would say you stop feeding the dog food and cat food. Trust the established glider breeders overseas for they have done more research and have more experience than we have. It is very normal for petshops to say dog food is ok but very rare for a vet to say that....

TS : I won't return your glider, I want a pair now.
BelleG : No! Return him! I want him back!

So... now what?

but there's nothing BelleG can do about it, cos her female glider ain't ready. so i suppose if the TS were to demand it, she would have to take it prematurely back home?

TS: i don't think you can take a female glider home now, however very much u want to. so what do you really want now? we all know it is BelleG's fault for posting the female gliders up on sale when they're actually not ready, but your insisting on taking the female glider home is not practical either. why not the two of you thrash out a way on your keeping the botak glider now (with her maybe compensating in some way; not necessarily monetary) and get a female glider from another place?
