BelleG Sugar Glider Sales Thread

There she posted 2 male and a female for sale. I was interested for a female as a partner for my current sugar glider who is lonely.

We COD on 24 Feb 2007 (Saturday).

Why I didn't check the sugar glider sex before paying her?
1. The COD took place inside her car with a dog. I was afraid that the dog might eat the SG up since I have just recently heard horror story of a cat eating such an expensive delicacy (the sugar glider) from carsonel
2. The SG was crabbing away and BelleG asked me to becareful in case the SG flys off.
3. So I asked if BelleG can take it out for me... but she can't. (namely judging her actions indicated she lacked of experience in handling SG)


So that night when I finally manage to tame the Sugar Glider and noticed there is a ball instead of a pouch. Thus I called BelleG regarding this and she got someone to talked to me saying that the SG is a female as the anus and the vagina are close together. So I went over to my neighbour who is a vet to confirm it. Then I told BelleG the confirmation it's a male and asked to arrange the exchange. She said Sun she isn't available thus only Mon she would COD and WILL CALL TO ARRANGE THE TIME AND VENUE.

However Mon passed by still no news. I called her on Mon 6pm once and around 10pm once. Then on Tues on 10am a few times till I literally got fed up of calling an unanswered phone.

Thus I PMed her...asking her why she didn't pick up the phone. And she asked me back "Got my PM?"

Then I told her my mailbox is empty and there is no PM.

She answer

I sensed something amiss. How could she ask someone to collect a pet which is not even weaned from the mother? Furthermore she already promised me a female glider. I don't mind paying extra to get another glider from her as I want to keep the male as well.

Here's another juicy search I did... Between Carsonel and BelleG...

Belle G told Carsonel that she lost her number (in which I checked from Carsonel via MSN) at 10.05am 25 Feb 2007 (link)

BelleG intended to get rid of the number that she gave to Carson

Also this new male baby joey has already developed a bald spot. The vet told me it's not a normal male bald spot but a wound there.

So which is which now... 1 female and 2 males or 2 female and 1 male? According to your sales thread it's 1 female and 2 males...but the above says 2 female and 1 male



My conclusion towards this quote is you don't even bother what you are selling

What I understand from your PM is the female is 2 1/2 week which means about half month old. Which means I have to wait another 2 months more the minimum. I've did some research and found out that SG are best taken at 3 months old. Now I suspect the SG u sold me is underaged as he needs to be "hug" most of the time due to feeling insecure. It doesn't indicate that I have to wait 2 more weeks.

U did not contact me back until I PM you. What are u going to say now? No credit to return my call?

THE MAIN POINT IS

The seller promised a female sugar glider. But she gives a male sugar glider. If a newbie doesn't know anything about sugar glider, she could get away for months before the glider reaches puberty.

Then if she promised a female SG she ought to deliver a female SG. Yet after several attempts to call,

Monday 26 feb 2007 = twice

Tues 27 Feb 2007 = 5 times (around 10.30am till 12pm)

and the seller did not pick up. PM? There is no PM. So do you want to blame the LYN server for not delivering your PM?


Th best part the seller comes back and tell me the female is not ready?! Then why promise a female SG instead?

Conclusion: I do not want to exchange back as per conversation but to get another female SG and take it as a pair. So even if u were to take the wrong SG, you could have easily pass me the female SG without any hassle of waiting. My next fortune telling skills magic tells me that you already sold the SG as an excuse

I do not want to exchange the glider as I want to keep this baby joey. Judging from the condition, he is skinny and insecure. And also there's an wound on his forehead. If it were to be back to BelleG hands, I bet it couldn't make it.

My next Course of Action: Basically none. Except to tell everybody that BelleG cannot be trusted as a responsible pet seller. I would in fact want to vote her to have a dispute tag.

I am creating awareness of others that such is not acceptable in Pet's dealing. It's not like motherboards and RAMs when one can exchange later on as this is a living creature with feelings. I am clearly afraid that what would happens if the SG would land in the wrong hands. Anyway it took me ages in opening this tread namely I know there is no solution towards it but things have gone far enough (based on other forummers told me via PM).

Clearly I see that some here may not share the same feelings of a Pet Lover. And I repeat that the trading done is a living creature with feelings and emotions (for SG owners, you know this) not a refundable motherboard or RAMs.

Y would I want to hurt my SG for hundreds I've paid for? I even have some adopted guinea pigs (which I do not need to pay a single cent) from other forummers and they are great. So tell me how can an animal lover hurt a harmless animal just to get recognition from a virtual forum whilst degrading you? I do not have the time at all for all this. But this has to come to a stop.

Yeah...my "mystical" powers in fortune telling comes from other forummers who had dealt with you personally (PM me if u really wanna know) I will not disclose here since they want out of the trouble. Mayb I'm looking for trouble but I too was taught of giving her a chance..that's y i deal with the seller.

Was there any bashing I've done in the first place. I'm trying to show facts of what had happened and I do not want other people to have the same trouble again. Anyway, I guess from now on she would be more careful in what she say and type. Therefore I've already PM the mods to move this thread.

In the car conversation, I asked what does this SG eat and you said he loves cat food or I can order from crazymouse glider mix. I went home and gave him what u
said. He did not eat it and he couldn't. I gave him fruits, an apple and he could only lick it... his teeth is too small to bite. I don't know about others but if I were a noobie in SG, I guess he couldn't have make it today. I am currently feeding him the crazymouse SG mix and also cat's infant milk (which is costly)

Secondly, how come you never mentioned Tues and keep pressing on Mon? It took me long enough which is on Thurs to post it up on thread dispute. Which means u have ample time to return my call but no. For the very least.

Also your stories regarding you call me to COD and I say I wasn't free... my side of the story She called, and yes, I wasn't free. But I did mention if I were to COD it will be after 6pm after my work. And I called her an hour later or so which is 4pm to confirm I can meet her and the venue is at avenue K. So I did not call the last minute to confirm right?

Then if your friends were interested in it... and play with it, why then they didn't notice the glider huge testicles?

Lastly did name White Palace and Leong strike your bell?

Added : I also called up later on after finding out it's a male, instead of changing...I asked as in to buy another female (i.e a pair)..which means business right? I wasn't aggravated yet until she comes telling me (after many miss calls and which I finally PM her) the female is 2 1/2 weeks months old.

I did not want to return it as said. I want the female ASAP. If she don't know the status of the female whether it's ready to be taken or not, then DON'T post it up for sale. Correct or not?
She offer -> I take simple.

I'm even offering to get another one as in to make it a pair. *cough* if her house got 5 pairs of SG, then she should know how to differentiate between a male and a female easily.

Anyway there isn't any bashing. It's just plain facts of sarcasm.
