By the way, for those who have not paid "cukai taksiran" /assessment tax, can get their notice fees waived as long as you are paying in full at MPKJ.

This is a campaign by MPKJ to celebrate their 20th Anniversary, with a theme entitled "Jom Bayar Tunggakan Cukai Taksiran". Deadline is 31st Dec 2017. If you pay at the post office you wont get the "Fees notice" fees waived.

I think the precinct 1 SEH EAST signage is very WHITE! and not colorful at all. NOBODY can see lor. It will be nice if it is as colorful as the one we see at CRADLETON ecomajestic.

I see Real Kids are now opened for registrations, and on their website it says the centre at Setia Ecohill Clubhouse will be operational next year January 2018.

Bro, the SA told me that the clubhouse is ready for viewing in February and it will be operational in March 2018. Maybe the Real Kids is independent of the clubhouse operational dates.

Hopefully the 360' Ecohill clubhouse also offers a library for its residents n kids to use.
