Where is the location for your house with extra land RM 20 psf?

I am very sure not for Setia Ecohill since last time SP Setia crude land purchase already RM 13 psf...

4,100sqft=2,560x25psf(land)+222,200(single storey terrace house 22'x70')+60,000(wall)=RM 346,200

During Ecohill first launch Oct 2013, I did ask the corner lot land price is about RM 70++psf, can't remember exact rate.
