Yalo y nt include under con prop? Some more need to fork out 10% dp b4 can apply 4 it. Doesnt help investors who dont have enuf $$$ in hand tht can get max 70% loan only.

If in case something happen, the 10% paid can serve as "compensation" for SPS.. tongue.gif tongue.gif

True but widen d scope la 4 better sales in this soft market, d dp mayb reduced to 5% lo 4 buyers who started working 1-2 yrs nt many ppl can come up wth 10% dp

Ah abit sad that the 360'Club House is only opened to P2 and P3, excluding P1 owners. sad.gif

By the way, for those who have not paid "cukai taksiran" /assessment tax, can get their notice fees waived as long as you are paying in full at MPKJ.
