Can public join this club house?

Not too sure about that but definitely looks impressive isn't it.

Afaik only open to SEH P2 & P3 residents at d moment. Think that chansi of public joining as member almost zero. If biz not good, SPS would just open up the membership to P1 or SEH 2 residents, which should be sizable enough to maintain the clubhouse operation.

The seh house appreciation is only around 10 to 15%...from the earlier phase. Its not good appreciation ....

At very least, highway link opened before the first phase house VP, no need to wait 3 years for neighbour housing project VP then only can tag in other people road for access...
