I enquire about the clubhouse fees. Its rm1.2k p.a for couple. For me, its reasonable for the exclusivity. As of now, the club membership is only for P2 and P3 owners. No guests are allowed for the gymn and swimming pool according to the spokeperson. This is to retain some privacy which is indeed good.
They said they are planning the clubhouse to be ready by year end. |
