No info on how Eco park charged originally but was told $100/mth household when I asked last year.

If not mistaken, this is rate since Canopy Club house in operation, very generous of SPS.

A friend of mine bought a double storey terrace at Bandar Sri Sendayan, owners are entitled for free membership (family package) at d’Tempat Country Club up to 3 years! I wonder how the clubhouse can be sustained? hmm.gif

Agreed. RM100~150 considered as reasonable. If you are fully utilising all the facilities and courses which offered. Totally worth it icon_rolleyes.gif

Most of fitness center gym alone I heard membership fees already more than RM 100/month...

It all depends if the developer would like to support it, actually also not that much.. If RM 150/month/household, 36 months only RM 5,400 ...

This amount is extremely small (maybe lower than 1%) if compare to the housing price.. Sometime the discount/rebate or even MOT offered already much higher than that..

But all the cost also included in the sale price I presume, same like marketing and advertisement cost, just depend on the company how to run the branding..

Almost similar to Grandlis and Floris loh, higher entry price but lower psf price, exclusive access to the new 360 degree club house..

I heard the club house size total is 400,000 sqf, just SPS declare 360,000 sqf, complement with the club house name, 360 degree club house.

d'Tempat Country Club also offer membership to non purchasers at RM2,120 pa for family package while super link owner entitle to 8 years free membership for this 485,000 square feet club house. Only recently achieved operation profit after the membership open last year.

Since this is SEH thread won't go too depth here anyone are welcome to visit Bandar Sri Sendayan thread.

Look at the bigger Bu and floor layout plan, with current package 843k, I personally feel that it is quite attractive.
Not sure how is the sale so far?
