This amount is extremely small (maybe lower than 1%) if compare to the housing price.. Sometime the discount/rebate or even MOT offered already much higher than that.. But all the cost also included in the sale price I presume, same like marketing and advertisement cost, just depend on the company how to run the branding.. |

Only recently achieved operation profit after the membership open last year. Since this is SEH thread won't go too depth here anyone are welcome to visit Bandar Sri Sendayan thread. |
