That's the strong point for SPS, more than 8 billion of unbilled sales is among the top within the players in the industry, can try various methods to boost the sales..

However, the access road jammed like hell ( Exit Sg Kantan, Saujana Impian main junction & Tesco Junction).

Indeed, many new properties and subsale property around Semenyih still in affordable level and that's why we can see the increase of the population inflow and commercial activity drastically this 2-3 years..

My source told me the club house membership fees is less than RM 100 for individual and ~ RM 150/month for household, exclusive access to swimming pool, gym, sauna room and jacuzzi... Syiok ah.... rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

But seems like still more costly than Canopy Clubhouse... sweat.gif sweat.gif

Heard that also have a small magazine shop and cafe shall be landed in the 360 club house also... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

RM 100 for individual and ~ RM 150/month for household is considered very decent leh (provided the facilities are quite complete and we'll maintained). Eco Park can offer even cheaper!? Sounds like very good deal!
