Last Saturday managed to drop by at grandlis. Saw the wall fencing for floris open already. Defects rectification already done for quite number of units. My house defects almost done too...I even saw 1 house already move in. So fast 😅

I think no bad option as the apartment is near to future Ecohill Walk & Ecohill Taipan. Location wise consider quite good. Although the facade maybe no fancy as EM Harmony Apartment but I feel future prospect is better compare with Harmony Apartment which do not near to any shopping mall within walking distance.

I heard harmoni still got lots of unsold units? I tot so cheap will b sapu-ed clean long time ago

Actually cheap does not mean good geh...investment really need think properly. Nowday youngster can choose to bought RUMAH WIP at 300K in KL and why they want to bought Eco Harmony which so far from KL town. Market is not good as past few years.

Ya true thts y harmoni sales sangkut. D other mid cost apmt in seh if vp d then oso diff 2 rent out if paying same rental n working in kl can get units in kl y stay in semenyih. Tough oso 4 apmt investors then, ppl rather rent landed than apmt in seh if rental a few hundred rm diff?

U plan 2 move in 2 seh bro?

I just hope 1 day mpkj will be more responsible in managing all the landscapes in ecohill. Not sure if those under GnG under their jurisdiction

currently staying in Shah Alam, working in Seri Kembangan..
to afford home in KL is quite hard for me sweat.gif

Renovation is on going now...will move in by this year end...ya..what you say is correct. There is too many housing project launched semenyih at this moment. Very difficult to look for tenant too..Imaging Harmoni, Karisma, D'Cassia, D'Cerrum & D'Camelia all vpe...where gt so many ppl want to rent hse at semenyih.
