Last Saturday managed to drop by at grandlis. Saw the wall fencing for floris open already. Defects rectification already done for quite number of units. My house defects almost done too...I even saw 1 house already move in. So fast 😅

Nowday youngster can choose to bought RUMAH WIP at 300K in KL and why they want to bought Eco Harmony which so far from KL town. Market is not good as past few years.

Renovation is on going now...will move in by this year end...ya..what you say is correct. There is too many housing project launched semenyih at this moment. Very difficult to look for tenant too..Imaging Harmoni, Karisma, D'Cassia, D'Cerrum & D'Camelia all vpe...where gt so many ppl want to rent hse at semenyih.
