Also Pluto Tv is technically legal, since it's free TV. It's just not officially offered in this region. But that doesn't stop one from searching for it's m3u8 playlist and loading it into Kodi...

Yep...How about I do y'all one better by showing you don't need to hunt down the m3u8 lists and loading manually. It can all be done automatically. Best part you can switch between available regions, set custom ones AND it comes with a fully updated EPG that integrates nicely with the TV menu via the PVR IPTV Simple Client addon... YouTube's age-restriction bot/AI is just maddening.. Video in draft mode also got flagged..Sorry guys, you'll have to sign in to view.. Frustrating like this.. They hit a few other of my videos. ALL tutorials stuff.. doh.gif

actually not really... free to view tv in the US doesn't mean free to view anywhere else

just like Kodi...is just a tool... what we do with it...well let's face it is usually 100% ahem...

Hi... Don't mean to sound rude or pushy.. But you should watch the video.. Then compare with what the app can do and can't that Kodi does. It's all explained in detail hence the length. I have Kodi installed and 100% of the time If Kodi can do stuff? I WILL use Kodi, and if Kodi yet can't? I seek a way to make it happen. Why bog down my system with a million apps, when I can bend Kodi to my will. Afterall, I can only watch one screen or content at once. Managed to do this and sharing with fellow Kodi lovers. Hard to make someone understand that they can only require a single app that autoboots or you launch on every device start. Kodi is life, Kodis is bae. biggrin.gif

Ok. Did you own android tv box before? So far the only cons for me on this google chromecast with google tv is that it has no ethernet port, so only can rely on wifi connection.

I lost track on current android box.
Which android box is currently up to date with minimum requirement ?
Since minimum required for android phone is 3GB ram 32GB and 8 cores.

Main purpose now is to watch on Browser directly rather than going through apps which sometimes fail. Those what we call as free apps doesn't buffer well enough.

I would rather watch directly from the website that I had bookmark them.

Problem which I am facing is , browser sometimes get slow down even after cleaning the cache.I suspect those stream site buffer too much into the browser.I tried firefox but still the same.

Now testing with Firefox Nightly and access about config setting for buffer.

voncrane Do you know any script blocking which can prevent website to detect using android ? or just fool the stream site detect as PC browser ? sometimes access a website automatically told and display asking us to download their apps.I want to prevent that.

Hey... Let's shelve the which box is up to date and tackle the issue first... I can play specific video urls directly in Kodi.. Willing to show how. But first, could you share some of your URLs for me to test with? Can share here or drop me a PM if "sensitive stuff" brows.gif ...I'll give it a go on my setup and if all good.. Update you. Else, there's always Dolphin browser with "Desktop Mode". Dolphin has decent video playback abilities. But I would still prefer Kodi, as it can cache & playback video much better.

How about you register unifi tv with your fon number. Without subscribing to any paid channels, u still can watch quite a few channels, including malaysian free-to-air channels.

For such, that would be the Tanix boxes... Check out the TX3, TX3Mini, and TX6.
