That hints at network issue. If you are using some DNS or VPN.? Disable it. Should work then. Else, try signing out the Netflix account, reboot the MiBox and login again. That usually clears things up.

Not using VPN. Sorry how to disable DNS from mibox? Already boot mibox 2 times, sign out from netflix many times also uninstall and then install again netflix still having same issue :

By default there shouldn't be a third party DNS settings on the device. So since you are sure there's no VPN and you didn't setup a DNS service. Then unrelated. Did a bit of googling and Netflix recommends doing the following;

Just don't buy directly with the sellers, you get some protection.

Are you using Ethernet LAN? Unifi tv only support Wifi connection.

This app is open source and written by a Russian. If for some reason, it is first started with russian, you can change to English or Chinese language by selecting the bottom left most button.

This page only appears in first start up, if you missed it you can hit the back button during start up. Or delete and install again.

In the search page, if you move the cursor to the search bar at the top (middle), then the system input method will appear. One can then enter mix english/chinese text into the search.

Interesting read. You get it unlike most who waltz in here expecting to be spoon-fed, simply seeking cheap boxes. Firmware development doesn't come cheap and is why certain boxes charge higher than other generic boxes. Similarly, why I'm still hanging onto my Samsung Galaxy Note 3, its at least 5 gen behind in tech. But the hardware combo is solid and open source dev keeps it alive, allowing it to remain relevant and even outperform some recently manufactured phones. To the unintiated, its all about the bones of the device and if there's ready SAFE support. Glad you put in the effort and it paid off. Now, lets see how many others want such a hands-on deal.
