I'm assuming you're referring to Hepatitis, this depends on what type

I need to ascertain the duration/date of infection of the disease, current blood test (LFT) to check on markers of liver or biliary tract disease through the various liver enzymes, past and current treatment required (if any) and other related symptoms/ complication or risk factors such as family history of liver cancer.

Sorry I did not make it clear in my post. I am referring to Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). Thanks for the advice.

If the customer having some critical illness that doesn't covered, I still can accept it, but the person involved in ACCIDENT. Something that people can't avoid it want to involve in it.

So that's why I'm quite curious to know is it true or not that when person is involved in accident, the insurance doesn't covered everything.
*
There are plans that dont cover accident. Depends on what insurance plan did they purchase. Btw, cant really judge much unless you have the policy details here for us to see what client actually have.

Depends on severity. My friends RA is kinda serious. Check up report reading is very high. Medical card application is rejected.

I asked and they throw back the ball to AIA.
20% discount I think that's clear but the grey area is the 30% cashback, how is it calculated.

Dear insurance specialists, my girlfriend is recently diagnosed with a condition called PCOS , so happen she thought of upgrading her previous insurance plan purchased before this diagnose. Do you think this would impose any problems?

Good investment?

What sort of return you are expecting?

More than 4% please look elsewhere

That depends on what you need to protect most importantly at the moment. Get someone to analyse your financial need so that you're on the right track

Dear sifu, need your advise about car insurance price calculation.

My Car - Myvi (2008) SXI.

This insurance company quote me RM 275.00 after deduct 55% NCB for Sum insured RM 21,000.00.
I feel that they charged me too high due to value of my car only RM 17,000.00.

Then i asked them to quote me for sum insured RM 18,000.00 (lowest they can offer).
But after recalculated & they quote me RM 271.00 which only cheeper by RM 4.00.

With RM 3k reduce only cheeper by RM 4 only?

Kindly advice.

Car insurance all these, if you're unhappy with the rate you can try another insurance company and get them to quote you
