Its the charger. ip7+ is having 2900Mah battery and the rated charger is charging at 1A. So if you do the maths, it will take about 2.9hours to charge an ip7+ from 0%. The ip7 is about 1950Mah battery so will take about 1.95hours from 0%.

You could upgrade your charger and go for the 12W ipad charger that can safely charge your phone for about half the time compared with using the stock charger.

currently im using my car charger (remax alien, output 2.4A), and it charges quite fast. its a very good charger and highly recommended to all. 3 usb port with total max output of 4.2A, for single port, 2 port max 2.4A, 1 port max 1.0A. if you fully use all port, the power output will adjust accordingly.

Actually got one day I keep wiping hard inside and then no more spider mark.

Maybe they is some chemical use by Spigen. As mentioned above the spider mark will not appear in phone if I wipe the case inside hard.

I found only Spigen case will deoxide and easier turn yellow. It is happen to full transparent or those matte dark soft case.

I know it's normal but abnormal for my lil sis ip7+. I'm using one too but mine charge faster than hers. Both are in 7% battery left, and charge at the same time. Mine connected to wifi and cellular but hers no sim and no wifi connected. After 10 minutes, mine was 20+% but hers was 14%. Same output.

Replacement unit Serial number will be different than the one on the box, cuz they only replace the phone, not the whole set so phone serial/model number will be different from box.

Yup, they only exchange the phone. All accessories and the box remains the same. That's why serial number will be different.

There are alot of settings in the phone that can affect the charging performance. The only way to be sure is to confirm that both units are of the same % of battery level and then switch off both units. Then start charging using a set of charger & cable in turn each phone with the same duration. Then compare the % upon power up. It should be around the same.

actually i encounter some issue with my phone 7 plus.

when i using wall plug charging (charge normally lo..)

but if i charge using USB*original (to laptop/pc) the charging speed like few minit only increase 1%.

any1 got this issue as well
