QUOTE(ace-user @ Mar 12 2017, 11:25 PM) A little update on the replacement unit I got because of the touch ID problem, the replacement unit start acting bad again. Touch id doesn't work as well as before, previously works 10/10 times, now roughly only about 50% accuracy. Previously when I first got the replacement unit even though fingers are sweaty oso can work, now doesn't work as great anymore. Then I will suggest start monitoring ur thumb skin thinning issue... my mom have the same issue and cannot use Touch ID. When she go scan IC fingerprint machine now, also can no longer match her print in the IC chip. Can u test use ur non primary hand's finger to unlock instead? Less usage of that finger, the better the test. This post has been edited by 666devil: Mar 13 2017, 08:35 AM |

QUOTE(EON @ Mar 13 2017, 11:03 AM) I found out that I'm not the only one who got this problem, one guy from amazon left a review saying that this case will leave mark on iphone. Perhaps it's the neo hybrid series with its special internal rubbers only? I am using ultra hybrid without internal web designs, no issue. |

Hi all. I wonder any iPhone 7 Plus user here have issues with Bluetooth connection with an audio player? The audio is stuttering for no reason. It's same problem as decribed here:
http://www.jtsblog.com/iphone-7-bluetooth-...tutter-problem/ I had temporarily disabled the LTE and it is fine after that. But that's very tedious. Anyone found a better solution? |

What carrier are you using and where? Interference might occur if you're on 2600Mhz LTE network (band 7), becuase it's near the Bluetooth frequency (2.4Ghz). Try going to an area with a 1800Mhz LTE network (band 3). (sorry if I'm not much help) |

Hello everyone,
Long time reader, first time poster in this thread. So the universe had aligned itself against me. Whatever cosmic power that be, had cause my brand new iPhone 7 to fall out of my pocket and landed about 2 feet flat on the floor. Lo and behold, my tempered glass remained unscathed. The twist, the screen of the iPhone itself was not as lucky. Cracked all over. Now I didn't think this a big a deal. Cracks and iPhones are so common, it's almost synonymous. Adds character I'd say. But thing is, its cracked in such a way that its impeding upon my typing ability. So much so it's become a nuisance. So I'm wondering where can a fellow apple user go to have his screen repaired or exchanged in the Damansara/Petaling Jaya area without hopefully spending an arm and a leg? The screen works fine (am typing from the said iPhone 7) just cracked. If that helps. I was thinking apple centre but it'd be pricey and I have no idea regarding the warranty on this phone as I received it as a gift. So please help a brother out! Any and all suggestions and recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thank you and cheers in advance. |

I thought so. have to survey around to get the best deal to repair the cracked screen...not gonna be cheap i guess Is there anyway to change the glass without voiding the warranty? I'm assuming authorised apple stores only provide 1×1 phone exchange and not something mundane like glass repairing? |
