Recently my friend bought an IPhone 7 plus matte black from Machines. Only go home to find out that a piece of dust/dirt behind the glass of back camera ( inside Lens area ) couldn't be wipe off. Are anyone else having this issue? Or even notice it? Really poor Qc from apple

Last time my unit also got this, just claim warranty in any AASP. My case is given a replacement set.

Just sharing. I'm using ip7 and so far do not have any issues with connecting to both my cars head units, to bluetooth speakers, bluetooth Hifi,3 bluetooth headphones, to the macbookpro to transfer files etc. No such stuttering performance as described by members. ie its working as it should be. Got my unit from Maxis and spotify as my streaming app.

I have read in some other forum that, sometimes the iphone case does effect it. As for the quick fix of disabling LTE, well thats shouldn't be the permanent fix as the feature is not designed to be used that way. What I would do is that, by using iTunes, I would format the phone as a new phone and then test out the bluetooth feature. If it is still the same issues, a trip to the nearest sc would then be my next step.

My Fren went to aasp in midvalley northpoint & have been told to leave the phone there 7-14days to diagnose the issue. Do u go through all this hassle or direct get replacement? Thanks for your information.

finally, I manage to get 7plus 128GB (early plan 32GB) at Celcom Bluecube Cyberjaya..nevermind la, as long can get promo price and save a lot of money. Most of bluecube will restock atfer promo end on 31 Mac.

Have to go through all this as well for my case. Wait around 2-3 weeks to get my replacement

My bad, I was referring to when my wife sent in her ip6 for screen replacement, got loaner for a few days. It wasn't an apple device though. Probably repair/service & warranty issues are treated differently, i don't really know..

This casing quite nice and fit nicely with my 7 plus

It's a new phone from Maxis. Casing is just a TPU case.

I don't think resetting the phone will fix the issue. Hmmm....Let me try with other Bluetooth speaker.

Hi, wondering anyone with iphone 7 plus battery issue? Overnight drainage about 40% which is very abnormal. Plan to send in for checking this weekend. May I please understand the procedures of repairing it from Machines? Any key notes to take alert?

Just send to service center and they will replace a new one for u. Keep "kaobeh" with them the problem keep on recurring

Will they replace a new one? or instead will get a refurbished one? Any service center that is more "reputable"?

I'm on Celcom. Quite hard to pin point the actual cause of it because it does not happen all the time for me

Best bet is to go to the Blue Cube at Menara Celcom. Only open from Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm.
