I updated to iOS 10.3.1, everything is working fine. So far i have yet to experience the notification cracking issue (Touchwood and hope i wont encounter it all all)

Do you guys think it's possible to claim warranty for that echo ringtone issue?

Btw, any recommended seller for tempered glass? Just broke mine a while ago sad.gif

I think the first thing they would do is ask you to reset your phone and do a clean install to see if the problem reoccurs. Have you tried that?

i didnt use TP but i applied Clear Coat,and for the ringtone i bet it was a bug for ios 10.3.1 because i have encounter it as well a few times edy since i update to 10.3.1 biggrin.gif

Don't think its a concrete reason for them to replace a new phone for u, even processor hissing sound also cannot now.

may i ask what is the best way of backing up?
i have lots of pictures, videos,music and movies, and i dont wanna lose all the wifi pw lol, and also the app data like whatsapp all the chat history
is itunes the way to go ? can itunes restore chat history as well?

Yup... itunes will restore all chat history ..
just manually copy paste or sync will Itunes, will return all back
