if jet black, super hard as most of the clear cases will have watermark, unless you get those with dotted design at the back, which is
1. ringke air
2. spigen liquid crystal
(both similar, but ringke is slightly cheaper if i'm not wrong)
3. switcheasy iglass case, the only case which compatible with jet black and will not cause watermarking. can ask for nanamizuki for some pics as he owns it with the jet black

Here are the pictures of switcheasy iglass for 7+ on JB. Applied mobile outfitters clear coat and the result as below.

Can see the reflection is still strong on the JB haha (no watermark). Best thing is this case weights only 32g, considering light as it is a combination of aluminium+tempered glass combination case.

If no warning I believe shall be ok. Just turn off and let it cool down and later turn on back.

Becareful. Malaysia weather and global warming, my car wood trim melted b4 bcoz I replaced windscreen witthout enough time to reinstall back tinting.

Best is u hold the phone so that the ports face directly to the air con vent and let it cool for a while b4 switching on and using. But too bad if u have the auto screen wake feature enabled.

i'm using spigen rugged case too.. good about this case is well protected design including front panel since this case comes with tempered glass too... but the cons is you need to keep cleaning it to prevent spiderweb design mark inside the case from stick on your phone.. to prevent this i put my name card inside and use clear plastic at logo cut out...

You mean the transparent hard case? That one is brand Just-Mobile.
Spigen any case is better don't buy if you not keep using it. I notice only Spigen case will faded (turn to white) when long not use. Take time to clean up those white thing. Also the Spigen rubber left spider web mark on phone, means need take out and clean else I worried those mark may stuck at phone. Even though I like that Spigen but they is some troublesome on it. Protection wise it is very good.

The transparent hard case is slightly protect the camera.

Is anyone not using a screen protector for your iPhone 7 or 7 plus here? Is the screen prone to scratches? • Always have Favor folder in main page and I am using it a lot.
  
• Phone, Messages (seldom use already), Facebook and Chrome always in main bar.
  
• Stock apps often in main page & second page but does't means those apps I often using it.
  
• Second page had more folder created in a proper arrangement.
  
• If got any ugly apps icon I will always hide it, put the most inside of Misc.
  
• Games will only be inside Games folder, forever cannot be outside the folder.
  
• I use up to 3 pages only to assure the dot in center when in home screen.
  
• Leaving some space at bottom to make the home screen not clouded.
  
• All arrangement follow my own feel with equality balance and color arrangement.

Ya i think its some kind of discoloration , it doesnt look like paint chip , because the color is still black not like the website can see the silver colour. Somemore my phone always stay in case don know why this will happen 😔

I got so many case and none got such issue except Spigen brand.

Mine also d same. Think is the paint chip off, not sure is it because of the case. But I'm using Spigen case as well.
