Developement is heating up in the South. Ive worked in klia for the past 10years and there is an aeropolis masterplan.
If you want to get property, look into this area. Prices of new developments in Nilai, Salak Tinggi, S2 are crazy compared to 10 years ago. However, infra in these areas are poorly planned. |

With excellent connectivity, both to the city and airport and the south. GC is a verry good buy. A lot of young pilots and aviation folks have bought Palma Sands. So you will mostly get a good neighbourhood.

I work for the airport bro..GC even went to RedQ for a roadshow. I know the airport masterplan and the aeropolis
And i also bought an end lot at palma sands. So of course i know pilots and airlines people. I work here. |
