Developement is heating up in the South. Ive worked in klia for the past 10years and there is an aeropolis masterplan.
If you want to get property, look into this area. Prices of new developments in Nilai, Salak Tinggi, S2 are crazy compared to 10 years ago.
However, infra in these areas are poorly planned.

With excellent connectivity, both to the city and airport and the south. GC is a verry good buy. A lot of young pilots and aviation folks have bought Palma Sands. So you will mostly get a good neighbourhood.

Kv property experienced a bull run a few years ago, current price is obviously higher than 10 years ago.

I work for the airport bro..GC even went to RedQ for a roadshow. I know the airport masterplan and the aeropolis
And i also bought an end lot at palma sands.
So of course i know pilots and airlines people. I work here.

Going to airport no doubt is convenient. But to city area ? Elite highway is crazy.

For now yes Elite Highway is crazy, hope when the new proposed flyover (toll free) from Gamuda Cove direct to cyberjaya then to MEX II can ease the traffic.

Another option (wait until July 2022) is to take MRT2 from cyberjaya to KL town, like KLCC, TRX.

every buyers have their own reason, they might work in putrajaya, cyberjaya, puchong, kajang, shah alam, they need a quiet and green environment, they need a landed house for own stay or for their kids.
in my taman that is few houses vacant for more than 15 year without rent out and any agent yellow board, and recently one of them suddenly occupy with a young family after a renovation.

not everyone are concern the distance to KLCC.

that is why semenyih eco world also not that difficult to sell, but flipper hard to make money if they buy a property within this 3 years.
