Just got some news, this project will be develop the commercial part for example shopping mall, waterpark
Second phase only start for residential. Is it true ?

the virus related diseases prevalent now day.... the parents still dare to bring children go to water park?

The mega mall (1mil NLA and above) for sure is not feasible for coming 20 years from now... the shop-offices commercial is better option...

GC is located faaaaar west of Cyber that it shouldnt be considered part of Cyber already.

Access wise GC is just right next to Elite, but it really is in the middle of nowhere

They already have 2 separate links to connect to Putrajaya and Cyberjaya under their connectivity proposal in their masterplan. But not so soon to materialize la.....

a lot of times, developers will 'spent' on loss leaders such as theme parks, hotels, brand names, colleges, malls, parks, etc in order to sell their saleable component within their overall development at a profit.
so long the overall plan makes commercial sense i guess.

Many developers will factored in their planning into the selling price...

But the planning still subject to change... So as a wise consumer... Must be very careful to choose ethical developer before place hard earned money into project...

Yeah, superb agree on this.....all this township infra and some "key Uniqueness elements" for commercials are well factored into the selling price of the units.....

Developer wont be so kind to use their own money for this....just to play safe,,,,

So overall this project GC is good to buy ? Anyone has been purchased here ?

In fact the price of GC is higher than Eco Majectic.
SPA price RM 800,800
after rebate for non bumi price also need RM 744,744.

Yes of course is the smaller design unit 20x70.

there are 4 design, other should be 900k and 1m above...

Type A 22x70
Type B 22x75
Type C 22x 75 premium
Type D 28x65
