Car salah

It's not whether the car is half way or not.
The fact is that the car just crossed without stopping. The biker was going straight and this vios suddenly just cross.
How to react. From the time the vios crossed to the biker bang the car, can tell that the bike was already very close. How to slow down, no need to even talk about emergency brake.

Biker going fast on small road is another story.

judging from some /k/ its better joining lorrydriverock since they only obey the biggest vehicle.

even they are at wrong but since they are big from their opponent he got the priority first. u small u shut up and stop there quietly.

its either those who defended the car are prolly a penang drivers or bought they license illegally.

so the k/ logic is, you just protrude your front car, and u have been granted the priority to cross over? sound like penangites..

that vios driver deserved the punches for being dumb enough. the car was static and he should let the motor passed before

crossing. do u expect the motor able to brake on time if he decided to emergency brake? he will hit the car nonetheless..

it is a normal 70 to 80kmh for the speeding motorist. do u expect him to drive a mere 30kmh on a straight road? later u accused

him a road hogger. no matter what is the races of the both of them, the wrong is still wrong.

I know i know mmg in this case i admit the vios is totally at fault here, im just suggesting that if I put myself in the shoe of the motorcyclist and see the vios from far already putting on his signal, I would slow down and kasi the vios masuk eventhough I have the right of way, rather than having to deal with all this mess

Whatever happened, happened. Clearly it looks like the bike didn't manage to stop in time and the vios freaked out when he realize the bike which he assume will stop did not stop in time and then got stunned in the middle of the road.

Next time see moto, just let them through first la. They are kings of the road nowadays. Now kena get punched and lose NCD at the same time regardless of whether he right or wrong if a police report is made.

You know motorcyclists nowadays take things for granted. The way they ride outside of the motor lanes and just expect cars to move aside with a couple of honks.

Sooner or later the inevitable will happen when they either encounter a noob or some a~holes that want them dead. They have the most to lose anyways if they come in contact with a car.
