Ayam always do accident matter, like dis usually the car salah for not give way to oncoming traffic b4 turning..just wait for police investigation outcome, surely the driver salah..

Vios salah. Straight road always has priority.
Even if moto was speeding vios driver should have been smarter and watch out for speeding oncoming cars before turning.

Park first. Legally should be motors way, so car need to ensure the opposite is clear before make a turn.

motorcycle fault. people give signal light,should be careful already. they're not riding a tank. tender to the child first. not go and punch people.

if the motor is coming to junction 1st, then the car should have hit the motor, not the other way round.
