But then the vios already signal for so long already, the motor should be able to see he is gonna turn in.. why x slow down..

True. The law in this case clearly shows the car is at fault and the bike has the right of way, but next time both the car and moto should ride/drive defensively. The motor has no pillars to obstruct the view and can see from far that the car had its signal turned on and read to turn, thus he should tap the brakes to prepare for it

For me usually when approaching an intersection eventhough it has a traffic light I'll tap the brake gently to prepare incase somebody tried to the vios thing.. and also some even turn on signal to turn into our lane in a junction but decided to just drive straight ahead.. luckily x bang

I know i know mmg in this case i admit the vios is totally at fault here, im just suggesting that if I put myself in the shoe of the motorcyclist and see the vios from far already putting on his signal, I would slow down and kasi the vios masuk eventhough I have the right of way, rather than having to deal with all this mess
