Why why why ar?

I = unker mah. When I was younger, booze and party. Didn't pay attention to financial planning. So I missed the "aggresive risk appetite" period.

My last reading was just last month, you think I so free ar? N14M4H!

On a more serious note: This reading acts as a guide to provide guidance for me to place strategic bets. In a sense so that I do not have to monitor the market day in day out and watch the market like a day stock trader. I let go of those type of style a long time ago.... I realise that there is more to life than seeing the monitor whole day long.

My expected reading should be after CNY. 3 months is a good way to let the port do its job. Preferably I would like it to be twice a year only.

Have you not notice, recently.. for the past couple of months, we have an influx of noobies. Why? Coz, market has been hawt hawt hawt. All come in to cari makan lah!

When mkt drop a bit nia, their port show merah - merah, they get worried.

For veterans who invested since many years, the port should be still green.

1) TA Tech = RM 500.00

2) Manureits = RM 500.00

3) IDS = RM 500.00

4) Dinasti = RM 500.00

Crystal ball, crystal ball on the wall, tell me, why isn't RHB EMB performing after all?

Dear Crystal Ball reader, performing or not, is not of my concern.... what I did was to reduce your overall portfolio risk by selecting UTFs that have the lowest possible correlation.

RHB EMB did not perform does not mean that your port is not performing. Why are you unhappy over RHB EMB non performance when your TA Tech, Dinansti and others are performing?

And why is that so? Have you forgotten that the purpose of a low corr-coeff is so that not all the funds are going all in one direction. There shall be bound that some will move one way and some the other way, whereas if all move the same way, then what is low corr-coeff for?

Oh, and wasn't it was only two weeks ago we were all cheering and happily clapping in Oct 17 it was our best month?

Why so serious? Up and down is to be expected.... Algozen™ ver four port has been up up up for 11 mths in a row.. what is the odd that it will go down after 11 mths of straight up up up?

Be realistic a bit...

After Ah Jib Gor announces the Bajet 2018, the market reacted neutrally. Meaning the market is not too excited about our CEOs plan for the future.

Corporate earning result for Q3Yr2017 is dismal.

There are no other catalyst to push the bourse higher except maybe election time [ based on historical trend ]
, which is most likely Qtr2 Yr-2018, after CNY-2018.

Other bourse are doing well and I have said before, KLSE bourse is a beta play, meaning when other place is hot, they will not even look at you. When market elsewhere is very volatile, the foreign fund manager will come here to park the money to take some R&R.

This is how things are since donkey years.... it has not change.

What makes you decide on IDS and not KGF or other UTF?

Nov 2017 is a terrible month for my port. My port lost a few thousand.

TA Tech flat

RHB EMB dropped

ES Dinasti flat

IDS heavy dropped

Manureits flat

Esther bond flat

The worse performer is IDS followed by RHB EMB.

Going forward ===> Action for Dec 2017:

a) Add RM 500.00 to TA Tech

b) Add RM 500.00 to ES Dinasti

c) Add RM 500 to Manureits

d) Switch 100% IDS to Lee Sook Yee UTF. Bye bye IDS
