QUOTE(GrumpyNooby @ Nov 17 2020, 12:06 PM) Fitch Solution lowers Malaysia GDP forecast I can smell blood in the water.UALA LUMPUR: Fitch Solutions has downgraded its growth forecast for Malaysia this year to -5% from -4.5% previously, according to its client note on Monday. โDownward revision was prompted by the worsening third wave of coronavirus infections, posing risks to the ongoing growth recovery, โ it said. https://www.thestar.com.my/business/busines...ia-gdp-forecast |

QUOTE(MUM @ Nov 18 2020, 03:30 PM) mind telling your current % of allocation for Just starting to invest with FSM for a month, the amount is not substantial. Current allocation are somewhat messy AmanahRaya Syariah, (10%) Affin Hwang Select Bond (20%) Principal Greater China, (35%) TA Global Tech. (35%) then the % of allocation after completed the new add in? AmanahRaya Syariah, (5%) Affin Hwang Select Bond (10%) Principal Greater China, (25%) TA Global Tech. (25%) a local small cap and (25%) healthcare (10%) But I intend to take on fund with more equities allocation in diversified sector especially with high growth opportunities. (the annualised ROI of the FI is about estimated to be 6%, thus at 15% allocation ...it will just gives about 1% ROI to you portfolio) will you be using the 15% of the FI as a war chest too at correction time or you will still holds the 15% FI no matter what? |

If it matters, my portfolio is also invested with Eastspring Investment Islamic Fund via Stashaway Simple. I deposited a lump sum to park my cash after my FD matured. |

I deposited a lump sum to park my cash after my FD matured. it is all up to individual preferences. my post is just to tell you to think of the consequences of having that 15% allocation.... if you are comfortable with it, then ok |
