It is grouping the rows.

Select all the white row > Click Data > Group > Group... > Row > Ok
After that, reselect the white row + the grey row > Click Data > Group > Group... > Row > Ok

I tried reading on soft close and it's a bad thing when funds get too big? so what happens when it gets too big? sell the investments and give back to the investors? break the fund into two funds?

guess what happens when "next year" you buy 2 or more funds (same fund house or other fund houses).....how much to pay?? 

FSM staff told RM 8.48 per fund house per year.
If you buy 2 PRS funds for two different fund houses, it'll me RM 8.48 x 2
