Anybody got problem with X570 pair up Ryzen 3700x? Every time I press the power button, it will run the fan to full speed then only goes down back

Just wondering how do I connect all my chassis fans to mobo so that I can control them through the motherboard? My motherboard fan pin header is far located towards the end of the i/o panel. The wire not long enough so currently two fans in front is not working ☹️☹️

Should I get a fan controller or fan splitter? Worry would fry the fan header if using splitter. Or just connect to psu directly?

IMHO I think the problem really lies on AMD's lack of communication and miscalculating their competitors product strategy - I think they really need to work on these two

They could just release separate bios which support different chip by group if it is really BIOS size limitation. But AMD needs to think about manufacturers as well and support wise.

U can consider Gigabytes ITX X570 board, too.
It's 'just' RM920 and pretty good.
Their margin surely ain't very high on this board.

I'm using Brave browser, GTX 960, YT default is "Auto-Select".

Tried switching to AV1 for SD, no dice. However I disabled the hardware acceleration feature on Brave and the problem is gone.

Now the thing that remains is the browser becomes non-responsive for like 10 seconds at random intervals.

I have a very weird problem, I am using Ryzen 5 3600 on tomahawk, my Gpu is Zotac 1070 Ti non AMP (I can't find it on zotac website), my gpu comes with 2 fan, one of the fan acting weird by spinning to the max occasionally even though during idle, it can goes for several minutes causing very irritating noise. I can't seems to control that particular fan with Firestorm though.

At the end I have to disconnect the fan and leave only one fan operational.

OK I will check and reconnect the cable and test it again, fyi the troubling fan is the second fan where there are only 3 cables connecting to it, the one missing I think is the speed sensor which is only connected to the first fan.

Checked cable is ok, nothing seems to be broken, reattached to the fan and test, still same, second fan spin at full speed.

Hmm...as soon as I uninstall Video driver, the fan spinning down to normal level...

I wouldn't touch Intel until they have something that is actually good. Like Sandy Bridge days, AMD is not even close on keeping up. I always recommend price/performance

Sandy Bridge to Sky Lake = Intel
Kaby Lake = Intel until Ryzen comes out (depends on your usage)
Coffee Lake vs Ryzen 2nd gen = Depends on your usage. Gaming = Intel, Work = AMD

I'm afraid if I find by myself without conformation from others, I scared that I would messed up with the wrong drivers installation
