I don't think so . In the absence of 'expensive and messy' Used Oil Analysis , your 10000 km blotter spot suggests it is fit for additional thousand(s) of km IMHO , never mind the fact that you may have exceeded the 10000 km OCI (?? ,IDK) recommended by OEM .
Note:
This HX8 X 5W30 contains some Molybdenum additive whose Coefficient of Friction in application potentially increases with use in your context .
Hence your 'feeling' of being draggy ?
