I managed to get hold of ASW yesterday but FPX processing got jammed. Thereafter, cannot log in.

If it hangs, it won't go through. After 15 mins, I checked my bank balance. If ok, I try again laugh.gif

So far so good.

If this should happen, keep your FPX email and note the reference/transaction number. Call the portal hotline and they will investigate. Funds will be returned within 10 days (but in my case, it took 5 days).

Like to know from those using PublicB on whether you have problem in making payment on Myasnb platform.

Wife is having problem, maybe as PB is not an agent of ASNB?

I just tested PBe and the transaction was successful. Just trying my luck on ASM smile.gif

It was a misunderstanding on her part being a newbie on this platform.

I did an actual transaction demo (via MB) and now she knows the flow. Thought I have already explained to her before but .....! Ha.

Yup, FPX deducted from account but balance not updated through portal. This was due to some technical glitch but the portal peeps sorted it out eventually. Didn't get the units so refunded in full back to bank account.
