I am having problem to login since yesterday's server down...
forever giving me this error message

"Anda mempunyai sesi log masuk yang masih aktif dimana ianya tidak Log Keluar dengan betul atau masih aktif di komputer yang lain. Sila cuba lagi dalam 15 minit."

Anyone having the same issue as me?

nexona88, How do you resolve this issue?

Their IT department implying that's it my own pc problem where whole world know session information are kept and maintained at the server side.

I did more than that, virgoguy,

1. Restart PC
2. clear cache
3. login with different browser
4. login with different pc with different internet connection

all lead to same error message

haha...
waiting since yesterday and tried every 30 mins


they ask me to try after 10am...maybe they going to restart server?
beware not to do any transaction around 10am...later get the same error as mine

Selective according to their ppls...
they conclude that they can login so should not be application fault.

yesterday halfway transaction the server down and cause dead session in the session pool. somehow when restarting the server, they are lacking of one mechanism to swept away those dead session.

now those affected are stucked in limbo

ok...finally can log into myasnb...
hopefully it won't happen again in the future

have u updated you membership number? they have introduce a new format.. no more 1 fund one member number

he already got refunded..so i dont think the balance is reflected with unit purchased.

for my case..once i got FPX email. sometimes it took me 2 mins to get the amount updated

my case is like this (1 time)
before reach print confirmation the site went down,
then go to relogin, the amount is still same, then get FPX email saying successful, go see again then only amount got updated

ASW2020 yesterday no ppl selling... want to top up 1k also no units available

online banking ya...
wait next day it will give u status of successful or failed
if failed wait next day it will refund your RM100
if successful go update your ASN book to see amount reflected or not

Not RHB...will have to wait next day..
it only puts u in queue

Fully agreed. You know instantly whether units available or not instead waiting in a queue that updates you on the next day. Unlike bank that charge RM1.06 per transaction, MyASNB is free one and using FPX

When got ppl sell in big volume u just grab as many as u could...
so the tips is just try to purchase as frequent as u can
