I just installed mine around end of last month. Thought need thumb print too but at the end no need, just signed some forms. The line is under my wife's name and she was out to fetch our kid from school while i "supervise" the installation. So i just signed the forms on behalf.

damn this month reset port twice & very frequently DC + DL speed throttled down with half or below 10 Mbps.

sometimes can't even connect for few times already & can't even visit speedtest.net but tm speedtest no issue.

Erm. No thanks.
This will only make us feel embarrassed to complain when the upgrade exercise is by batches and until 30th June. If after 30th June then only complain.
I will do my part later, not my first time complaining but in this case it is certainly not a strong case to argue.

Bro, can you check something for me? When you use LAN, go status and see what is the link speed. I remember I use to get 1.0Gbps on the C5 and now is only 100mbps. I already tried rebooting and reset but still same sad.gif

are u using cable or wifi?

cat 5, 5e, 6 or?

if connected with wifi then for 2.4 GHz set channel width to 20/40 MHz & for 5 GHz use 40/80 MHz

i'm using xiaomi wifi usb adapter only with 2.4 GHz max 150 Mbps (40 MHz) or 72 Mbps (20 MHz)

try play around the channel width.

Im using wired though. Might be firmware bug? Only think I could think of since previously can 1.0Gbps.
