TBH maxis ping is the best for gaming... i swap from maxis to unifi and slightly sad now when i play online games

It's not about allowing Time to serve us, it's about Time not wanting to serve us. Unless we stay in some high-end condo...

I wish Time is available in my area also, but alas they don't. I think they only do high rise building and coverage is very limited. They are a better ISP compared to TM, much more consistent speed.

need to understand TIME is not GLC. mean money not going to G0V as TM do. it takes a lot of resources to invest for a landed house.

most of the area already cover by TM. it hard to penetrate that market. you can see an example what happen to ABN who try come to TM market.

just checked TM thank you surprise page, now i able to see the offer of free upgrade from 50Mbps to 100Mbps. Previously only show me Mega pack and Webe.

I accepted the offer and they sent me confirmation email. Now i can wait patiently for the free upgrade take place

The first time I checked the Suprise,I received an offer to subscribe to Webe..Hell,I don't accept that offer.So I waited for TM to give me another offer.I tried the Suprise again and received this kind of message on the screen.Note I'm a Streamyx 4Mbps and hoping TM will give another suprise rather than HyppTv and Webe which is a stupid offer.

You guys (Streamyx User to be accurate) can try filling up Thank You Suprise again if you have not taken the previous offer.Good luck !

Free upgrade is by stages from Jan-June and now I see this.. Starting on July?! You serious?!

Now that is just wrong.The exact timeline for the speed upgrade starts in January Until June 2017.The new Streamyx package will be annouce on June 2017 onwards.You can confirm back with TM for your suprise.Upgrade start in July is just wrong..

Apparently I got a SMS saying they upgraded my package and asked me to restart modem. Did it, nothing changed

I just saw the free upgrade from 30Mbps to 50Mbps. Hence I clicked confirm on it but

The free speed upgrade will be implemented in stages.
Upgraded will be done starting July onwards

Better than nothing.

When i checked the thankyousurprise i got a statement saying my internet should be upgraded from March onwards. Now is already March right?

I want to change to maxis if possible but my contract not yet end.

I tried re-entering the details for the thankyousuprise page and it nows says "Your UniFi will be upgraded from March 2017 onwards".
