I tried re-entering the details for the thankyousuprise page and it nows says "Your UniFi will be upgraded from March 2017 onwards".

Upgrade from 50-100mbps need to change modem? I asked once before they said might need to change the unifi modem to support the speed or something.

Finally got my call today for appointment (change router) to upgrade 50>100mbps after my second complaint to MCMC.

First MCMC complaint back in August/September they send me email saying that by end of September will upgrade. So on 1st October straight away print screen that email and send to MCMC lul.

Recently upgrade from 50mbps > 100mbps but my phone line now dead for a few days. Ever since they came over to change router and stuff the phone line cannot used already.

Anyone else experience same thing? Now waiting for them to come over to check again.
