bro, try call / live chat with them, mine same case like you, I contact them via live chat, then their team re-check back, unfortunately my OLD streamyx account before upgrade to unifi (i think 3-4 years before) got left over outstanding amount rm28.20 KEK, need settle it 1st before can proceed for upgrade
