Just got my upgrade from 30mbps to 50mbps around last week. Took them about 6 months from the date that they promised (Around Feb 2017).

just terminate unifi. lousy service..
Mine, unifi 30mbps with monthly payment of rm200++. Already submit for free upgrade but never got it. In fact my download speed only average at 10-15mbps. last year they had a promotion of rm179 for 30mbps, request to change to that package they say cannot. The promotion only for new user. Stupid TM |
